Invites for eligible local experts (“Individual Consultants”) to express their interest in providing the required services for Agri-food Transformation for Economic Recovery Project (GATE)
 
The Republic of Lebanon (the Borrower), represented by the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), has received a loan of US$200 million from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) to support the Green, Agri-food Transformation for Economic Recovery Project (GATE).
 
The Green Plan (GP), which has been delegated by the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR) to implement and manage Subcomponent 2.1, intends to allocate part of the loan proceeds to eligible payments under contracts for consulting services. These services include the recruitment of Individual Consultants.
 
To support the implementation of Subcomponent 2.1, the Green Plan (GP) is establishing a Project Management Unit (PMU) and hereby invites eligible local experts (“Individual Consultants”) to express their interest in providing the required services.
 
The required positions are:
-         Environmental Specialist (Part time)
-         Project Manager
-         Social Specialist
-         Senior Accountant (Part time)
-         Irrigation and Water Management Expert
 
Interested candidates should submit information demonstrating that they possess the necessary qualifications and relevant experience to perform the tasks by submitting their Expression of Interest ("EOI") and their Curriculum Vitae (CV). Expressions of interest shall be received before January 2, 2026 at 12 noon (Beirut local time).
